1. THERE is a difference of opinion between the Transport Ministry and those involved in the airline industry in Malaysia as to whether or not the country should have an air transport policy.Discuss it.

2. Briefly explains what or how we can improve freight transportation efficiency ?

The answer by :

1. Shifting improving the quality of efficient freight options (such as rail and integrated distribution services), 

2. providing incentives to use the most efficient option for each type of delivery, 

3. increasing load factors, 

4. improving logistics, and 

5. reducing unnecessary shipping distances and volumes.

Even though i have written up all the answer in question 2, all of you needs to elaborate the answer with case study and supporting data from other sources.
